infected with trojan I-Worm (agin a trojan !?!)

I don’t get any alert on the site.
Nothing found with http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/scanner/ check on the domain see image, click to expand.
URLVoid also finds it clean, http://www.urlvoid.com/scan/domination-web.com.

You don’t say what AV detected this ?

Most infections are as a result of hacking and usually because content management software is out of date. Many blogs use wordpress, it is important to keep any content management software fully up to date.
