Trojan: Miancrypt-gen. how to remove it

Infected by miancrypt-gen, avast can detect it but can not remove it, it still appear when i restart

C:\DOCUME~1\JAYLEE\LOCALS~1\Temp, cant find the “DOCUME~1” folder as well

DOCUME~1 folder should be the short version of Documents and Settings.
Did you try running avast at boot time?
Did you clean your temporary files and disable System Restore?
