Trojan .SWF File disappear after boot mode emptying of temperorary Internet fold

Yesterday when I clicked to watch video, the new tab for the video was alerted that a .sfw file was infected inside my temperorary Internet folder.

Everytime I clicked delete or move to chest, avast popup would keep appearing.

I hard shutdown my computer then booted in boot/safe mode in windows xp, then used ccleaner to empty Internet folders.

Afterward I shutdown then started normal windows xp mode. But no log in avast and no files in virus chest. I was on Internet for 3 hours, no signs of infection.

Why no log and nothing in chest, also after ccleaner no Internet folders?

Now I am currently scanning with avast safe mode, malwarebytes and spybot.

I really now learned from that mistake.

if you clicked delete.....and empty your temp folfers with CCleaner, then there would not be anything in your chest
