Trojan win32:Walivum problem I cannot solve Please HELP!

Hello,

I am having a similar problem, just a minute ago a received a warning of a virus so this window pop up and started scanning and then ask to download in order to remove virus but I just closed the window because I new it was fake so now avast pop up stating I have a trojan called Win32:Walivun [Trj] VPS version 100209-1, 02/09/2010 and the recommende action is to MOVE TO CHEST but whe I do so a message pops up stating that the processor was not able to access because there was someone else using the processor… Its all in french because I live in France but I don’t understand very well the language… Don’t know what to do to remove this trojan from my computer… Need help please!!

Try removing it with MalwareByte’s AntiMalware or SuperAntiSpyware Free.

Thanks for replying to my post. I just removed it from Malwarebytes and it asked me to reboot computer and I log will appear but it did not however I check the quarantine log and it is there. So I am guessing everything is fine now?? Should I run HighJackThis? Thanks so much for you help…

There should be no need for HJT since MBAM has taken care of the problem.
