Trojan?

Avast found a trojan and invited me to send it to the Chest. However another wide box came saying something to the effect that it could not do it. Then it asked me abort connection, but all I did was to close the IE pages that were open. Meanwhile, I have a file in C:\ root directory aaw7boot.log which I had never seen before. Inside are entries to ‘Boot cleaning’ (see some below)

What does this mean?

Boot Cleaner

Any chance of a reply, please?

Could it be related to Lavasoft Boot Cleaner?

The “Abort connection” message means avast! Webshield blocked a virus before it could get on your comouter. Not sure about the other Trojan warning. What is the name and location of the detected file in the avast! log, and what was the name of the Trojan?

Ok, in Warning log the last entry is

Sign of 'JSFakeAV-G[trj] has been found in C.\Docs&Set\Me\LocalSet\TempIntFiles\Content.IE5.…etc…

In fact, there are 2 entries spaced within a couple os seconds and then the above a few mins later

The first is
Sign of 'JSFakeAV-G[trj] has been found in “http\91.221.64.111/f/js/flist.js” file

The second is identical to the one on top:
Sign of 'JSFakeAV-G[trj] has been found in C.\Docs&Set\Me\LocalSet\TempIntFiles\Content.IE5.…etc…

Thanks for your help

Try deleting your temporary internet files:

Or use CCleaner:
