Trojano-436 virus

Thanks for any help anyone can give.
When I ran Avast it showed a virus Trojano-436
I could not find anything on the site about getting rid of it so I have been to 4 other sites and did a search for this virus and none of them show it nor does a search anywhere on avast other than in the vps history under this section VPS 0441-1, 06.10.2004
can someone tell me what it is and how to remove it completely I am not sure if I can just delete it or not

Tell us what file is infected and what its location is. Also mention what OS you are using.

I am using Windows XP Home Edition

and here is where it is located it is in my local settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\J542G0AK
I really think it may be in my Avast program as I get a lot of errors when trying to update and it has even changed my avast san screen

If you look at the location the file is/was, you will see that is was a temporary file. Deleting everything in that folder will remove it.

Thanks Eddy,
I ran a scan with another program and it picked up 2 more Trojans that avast did not catch , I understand that virus programs do miss alot of trojans so will be more careful

I always recommend to hava a av application, Spybot s&d, Ad-Aware and HijackThis. All are freeware and can be found with google and on the page in my signature.
