Getting a warning that my registration will expire. I try and register, I go to log in and get a message saying can’t connect to MyAvast service?
Can you connect directly to your my.avast.com account using your browser ?
I have just tried that and the log on was successful, so it may have been a validation server issue when you tried to re-register.
I too am getting a warning that my registration is going to expire. I did renew my lisence on line and paid using Visa. The Visa transaction has gone through (March 4) but I’m still getting a countdown to expiration.
I tried the helpline and got no response. Today I got an email timed 9:52 am. When I opened it at 10:00 am it said it had already timed out. Now what do I do?
If you renewed your license did you get your email with the new license file attached (license.avastlic) and if so have you activated it, saved it to your hard disk and double click on the license file ?
Check your system date, day/month/year and adjust as required.
