When uninstalling yahoo toolbar Avast picks it up as an infection and stops the uninstall program
- Go to the avast logo at the bottom right of you windows toolbar (hidden icons),
- Right click avast logo,
- Go to Avast shields control,
- Disable for 10 minuets,
- Run uninstall yahoo toolbar again,
- Restart Avast shields.
What more can avast (freeware) do to be more annoying (well kind of) if not unchecked avast installs a P.U.P (Potentially Unwanted Program) like:
Dropbox a File storage program I know it keeps the free version going, then why have pop ups of your other Pay to use programs.
You may be asking youself why are you posting this? After a year long PC rebuild avast seems to have dropped in class this is kind of a good bye to avast.
P.S. Will not recommend avast anymore.
