I’ve used Avast free for years. I tried the free trial of premium security and cleanup, but found that they didn’t really help me that much more than the free version. So I’m trying to unsubscribe, but can’t. I have no confirmation email, so no order number, so I can’t unsubscribe through the account. The avast program itself has no option to unsubscribe. I don’t find the topic addressed in the “support” page or FAQs. This forum is my last resort. How do I unsubscribe from the free trials before they automatically become paid subscriptions?

I read through that already. It requires an order number, which I don’t have.
Under “find your order number” it says to check spam folder (done - not there).
I have no way of contacting customer support without an order number.
Under “How can I obtain a copy of my order invoice?” all the instructions are based on what distributer I went through - but I have no idea, since I just signed up for the free trial through the already-installed free version on my computer, and received no email confirmation.
The subscriptions don’t show up in the “my subscriptions” tab, I assume because they are not yet paid subscriptions.

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.
