The 403 Error isn’t generated by Avast, but by the site or its service.
The only clue is in the Error being generated by CloudFront. Not long ago we had lots of these on the forums and that was down to the site server service.
Avast made a change to the settings and there are many less 403 errors.
You could try adding the URL of the site you are trying to connect to in the Avast Settings > General > Exceptions.
If you are still getting th errors it would tend to confirm it is an issue with the site.
