Unable to activate anti-theft

Unable to enable anti-theft, asking to update permissions.
All permissions granted but still asking to update permission.
Clicking update permissions again does nothing.

Worked out problem.
Dropzone management has to be enabled for Avast in EMUI 9.0

I’m having same issue on my honor 9 but I’m still using EMUI 8.0 any ideas how I fix this ?
