Unable to add additional backup blocks

Is anyone else having issues adding backup blocks to any client accounts?

I can add the block, hit save, and it will show I’ve increased the backup blocks, but upon refreshing the screen, the backup reverts to the previous amount of blocks.

I’ve tried this with multiple client accounts.

Spoke with our account manager who let us know that this is an issue and a fix will be coming in the next few days.

We also found great difficulty even just removing a device that has data backed up. It would not allow us to remove the device and the backup data at the same time. We had to remove the device first, then view the “uninstalled devices with backup” to remove the backup data.
