Unable to buy 60 days free VPN - Technical Help

Pls see below, I am trying to enter my credit card details so that I can subscribe for the free 60 days VPN but I am unable to do so.

Pls, help me to fix this error in the below screenshot. I am unable to see the credit card details field and directly I am coming to this screen.

Did you try clicking on “Need Help”…!?

Yes, I tried clicking on " need Help?" as well as all other words in this line but none of them is active. I have never seen such an error before. This is why I am confused.
