Hello,
I renewed my Avast license (Paid) today but I was unable to download it. I called Tech support and the Technician was unable to insert the license as well. He blamed my laptop! Luckily, I have a few more days left on my prior license and the Tech was able to reinsert the previous license. Why is he able to reinsert the previous license but is not able to insert the renewal license? He resent the license several times but it still did not work. My credit card has been charged the renewal fee but I am not able to use it.
Any solutions and advise?
