Unable to input activation code

I have been trying to input the activation code into the activation page and it won;t let me. It keeps saying “The activation code doesn’t work, Try again or go to our support page.” Can anyone provide assistance? I know it isn’t because I’ve reached vmy device limit because I’veonly put it on 4 devices.

I have this problem too. The same message that you have received was showing to me also. What can we do with this issue ?

I have the same problem, except I only have one device. I paid money so that this programme wouldn’t work. Nice!

I was finally able to input the activation code for Avast SecureLine and it worked fine. What I did was clear the cache and data for the app. I then uninstalled the app and then shut my laptop off. I didn’t restart my laptop immediately after uninstalling the app, I shut the laptop completely off. After a couple of hours I then downloaded the app again and then reinstalled the app. Everything worked as it should and I was able to complete the activation process with no problems.

I have version 4.5. on desktop with windows 10. I went to settings to uninstall the app and avast menu popped up asking if I wanted to repair the app so I made that selection. The app works now.
