After having uninstalled NORTON, I have just installed AVAST HOME 4. I still cannot properly launch it. I have on the right bottom of the screen the small AVAST icon with a red zero. I did load the licence key, but it still does not want to launch the antivirus test. When I do it, I get a message saying “Splash Avast screen was unable to load the configuration”
I do not understand what is wrong. Could you help me please?

Norton can be a real pig to remove all the debris.
