Unable to locate Rescue Disk option

Hello, I would like to make a Rescue Disk, but I cannot find the option.
I have a clean install of Avast Premier 2018. I have checked the settings to be sure the Rescue Disk option was installed and it appears to be.
My hard drive crashed, so I am reinstalling everything new.
