Unable to Send or Receive Emails when Avast Secureline is Active

I am running Windows and MS Office.

I have used Secureline VPN on and off for several years, but have had on going problems of not being able to send or receive emails using MS Outlook with Secureline.

I have tried asking Avast Support for help to resolve this issue, but have mainly got radio silence!!!

Can any one please tell me if they have a similar problem and if they have been able to get a solution.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member and I don’t use Avast Secure Line VPN. So I don’t have any personal experience of this.

That said, I don’t know if this is Google Services blocking the Avast Secure Line VPN as it can’t identify the person using Google Services.

Are you getting an specific error messages, etc. and if so what ?

Some sites actively try to stop VPN services for the above reason or trying to avoid country restrictions, or their content.
