Good idea, but didn’t work. Also reinstalled, still no luck. :-\

Could you attach a screenshot of the warning as at the moment all I can find out about this is that it is a hardware call

I have the same issue. Does this thread stop here? From what we read it should have had a suit.

I had this problem also after I turned off a number of functions in Avast in order to install a piece of software. I went to settings (the gear in the upper right corner of the Avast box), Troubleshooting, Restore Factory Defaults, then pressed Reset Now. You should reboot your computer once or twice. That solved it for me!
