Unable to Unsubscribe

Hi, I am unable to unsubscribe from my Avast One Gold Subscription. This is because, when I click ‘My Subscriptions’, the web page (logged in with the same email, obviously) says ‘No subscriptions here yet… But that can be changed!’.

I called a month ago to try to get this solved, and was told I would get a follow up email. This never happened. I tried calling again today, and the UK phone number no longer works (it does not ring out, it just immediately disconnects when I try to call). I tried searching for a registered UK address (including contacting Companies House) where I could send a letter or even show up in person, but was unable to find one. As such, I am unable to unsubscribe in any way, and therefore cannot provide evidence to my bank that I have tried to unsubscribe. As such, I am writing this post so that I have dated proof that I have tried to unsubscribe. If anyone does have any advice, please let me know. My next step is to add customer services employees from Avast on LinkedIn, and contact them directly, and I will also leave a TrustPilot review since these are usually monitored by the company. I will now be telling my bank to block any payments.

I have now been charged £140 for this! Please, if anyone from Avast sees this, get in contact as I really should not have been charged. This is illegal business activity :')
