Is anyone else having issues updating their virus definitions? I keep getting an error. I have rebooted, there is just a generic message saying "Something went wrong and the update failed. Please try later. No indication of what went wrong or why. This is disappointing in the extreme, usually Avast updates automatically. Is this a known issue?

Have you tried doing a “Repair App”?
I’m having this issue as well and searching for a solution. I’ve checked for firewall interference and used the built-in Avast app repair but these didn’t work. I won’t feel comfortable using my devices until this is resolved.
Same issue here, we use Avast Business Security, and yes we tried to repair program in “Troubleshoot” section several times. (version 25.2.2839) no exact error message just the “Something went wrong…” Very disappointing…
Did anyone get to solve this problem? I have been having the same issue for a few days.
