Unauthorised direct debit

I have emailed avast@digitalriver.com to refund an unauthorised direct debit of 69.99 three times and have not received a reply. I would appreciate a reply asap please!!

Also this transaction does not even appear on my order details on my avast account.

The money was debited on 13th december and the transaction details which appear on my bank statement are
DEBIT CARD PURCHASE Avast- Nexway 415 449-4713 FRA

I really urgently need and would appreciate a refund as i have no money left in my bank account until i get my part time pay in two weeks.

Why sending a mail to Digital river while the transaction details clearly say it was handled by Nexway ?
That is like going to a car dealer and try to buy bread.
