I canceled one of my subscriptions in avast a while back, and late last night, I get a notification that that product has been renewed for another year. So I log into my account to see if it’s true and it is I never authorize this renewal. Furthermore, the renewal date for this subscription is December 31, 1969. I am angry because this charge is very real as it is showing up as Pending when I check my bank account. Again, I did not authorize this renewal and the sub subscription had been canceled long before last night. Customer support is nonexistent as I cannot find any way to talk to an actual human being about this.
