Unble to scan

I just downloade 4.5 and ran a thorough Scan including archives and many messages came back as “unable to scan” what does this mean and how do I correct it ???

That files could be password protected, could be in use and can’t be scanned…
You should paste more information to guide us…
Anyway, why don’t you schedule a boot time scanning and see what you get? :wink:
