I have inadvertantly blocked out a website I wish to use. How do I unblock it.

How did you block it, within avast or your firewall, etc. ?
Try and remember anything about how you went about it (in your browser, firewall, ad blocker, immunisation, HOSTS files, etc. ) any scrap of information is better than nothing. As you can see there are many way that you could have blocked a URL so it is too much to guess.
I thought it was avast but I realise that it was the firewall :-[
I have managed to unblock the site now
