So today I decided to install Unchecky, because I don’t have to worry about additional/optional download/installs that I can face while installing my programs. I found out that unchecky is still in beta. Should I worry about unchecky being still in beta? As it been in beta for a long time? When will the final version be released? As you all may know that I don’t install beta programs? Also I am curious to know what are the 3 check marks (see attachment)
Also I am curious to know what are the 3 check marks (see attachment)Unchecky is eating check marks for you ..... so you dont have to ;)
i guess those check marks on the pic are not functional and just a illustration ? … or am i wrong
LOL yes sure it will eat my check marks. Can you please find it out. I don’t want to do anything with those checkmarks?
If you were to click them, nothing happens except a visible click movement on the icon itself. Not a option/tick box.
@ Staticguy
Whilst you have a nice Desktop background - can you limit your attached images to just what is required, cropped and not full screen.
Aside from those with small screen resolutions there are still those who have to suffer on dial-up.
Thanks for your compliment :). Oh sorry about that, I use .jpeg format. What format will be much appropriate so the users with dial-up will be okay with it. Sure I can crop them as well. I am now on unlimited broadband :).
So when will unchecky come out of beta?
Why don’t you ask them?
All I know is that Unchecky works for me. 8)
I can’t be bothered to make another unchecky forum/ what ever you call it :P. Already have many forum as follows MBAM, SAS, Avast, and CCleaner.
I will just wait for the final release.
The format isn’t so much the issue, depending on the image high definition and multi colour (such as your last image) .jpg or .png are fine. The main issue is the physical size of the image 1366x768 all of that detail has to be contained in the image file, contributing to the file size.
Capturing or Cropping just the unchecky window as that is what you are relating to, even as a .jpg image it is only 484x444, 46.2KB as opposed to your original at 1366x768 337.27KB. My image attachment is just that, a capture of the unchecky window, from your original.
Thanks DavidR. I will take note of this
You’re welcome.
