Check your computer for Malware with
Malwarebytes Antimalware http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
after install click UPDATE and run quick scan, click on REMOVE SELECTED to quarantine anything found
SUPERAntiSpyware http://filehippo.com/download_superantispyware/
Are cookies really spyware and are they dangerous?

If anything is found come back and post the scan logs here
i ran the superantispyware and the malawarebytes that you linked along with avast! and the only ones that pcik any viruses or anything up is the superantispyware avast! just says that my computer is perfectly fine.but the SAS application picked up tons of things that it has in quarantine i was just wondering if it just deletes them as it picks them up or if it jsut puts them in some quarantine file.and another thing about avast! what does bytes in/bytes out mean in the firewall>firewall setting tab?
thanks again for your time and patience
