This is a kind of scam that and yes, attached file shouldn’t be clicked. Meanwhile, a brand new con is out there focusing on motorists worldwide. It is an email alert demanding drivers pay up for an older speeding ticket in New York State. Opening the attached zip file loses a Trojan Horse virus in the recipient’s computer.
