Uninstalling Avast

I can’t seem to uninstall Avast4.6. I have tried uninstalling using add or remove programs in normal mode and in safe mode. I get the error message:

Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\ALWILS~1\Avast4\Setup\setiface.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Anyone have any ideas?

Try using the Avast uninstall program aswclear.exe

available at http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_uninstall_util.html
