Hi,
I have a problem when I update the virus file and the programme file :
the memory can’t be “read”
Can you tell me how to manage this ?
Thank you for your help
does it happend on every update?
can you attach a screen shot of the warning?
Hi Pontus
Thank you for your quick reply
Yes it happens evety times I connect in Windows or I try to update from Avast. But it’s not blocking.
I join here the pic.
Regards
the picture is not readable
google how to do a screen shot…then try again.
I have no problem in seeing the picture (when expanded), just the language interpretation. But given the description in the first post, memory can’t be read, but that and the image don’t help much in tracking down the cause.
@ vintage899
I just wonder if this might not be a memory resource issue, if there is insufficient memory, data can be swapped out of memory into the pagefile.sys file. If a call is made to that memory location then it won’t be able to find/read the data.
What is your Operating System, RAN and CPU ?
@Pondus : hi, I appreciate your humour, so ask google how to expand a pic second ask Avast to permit more than 192kb for an attachment
@DavidR : hi, thank you for taking the time to expand my pic
I delete my Avast version and redownloaded a new one.
EVERYTHING IS ALLRIGH NOW.
Your welcome, glad that you now have it resolved.
