I have my update on Avast Internet Security set at 60 minutes for virus definitions . Getting pop ups cannot update. Tried to manual update. Get Error code 404. Anyone else getting this?
I found the answer in another post. Sorry, still learning where everything is at on this forum. :-[
I got this error. Following this performed a manual which appeared to freeze. Aborted it after about 10 mins. Further updated appear to have run ok - so what caused this error?
Looks like Avast had problems with the update server. Updating good now, no problems.
