I noticed that when updating task is running the status of some computers is “waiting” and they stay on this status forever. These specific computers are switched off so they will stay waiting until they are switched don. Is there a way to shorten the time for the status to change? Is it in Update VPS - Processing - Task session expiration (in minutes)? The help section in my My version of ADNM does not work, i.e when I click on Help nothing happens!

The “status” page isn’t real-time. You have to keep hitting “F5” in order to refresh the page. You’ll get the results up to that point by doing so.
If the computers are off, after hitting F5 for a little while (after the time-out point), it will probably give you a, “Failed” message or something like that.

It usually opens (I think, I may be wrong) in an internet explorer window. If this is on a server, it’s possible that the IE settings on server 2003 could be blocking the page. If you try to set another browser as the default (such as firefox) it might show up.
Or, you can try a repair of the ADNM console.
