Avast wont update Help? Resolved

  1. Can you tell me what version of Avast you have and what Avast product you have?

  2. Have you had Avast on your system? Was this an upgrade or a clean install? Is this a new problem? If so, can you identify what may have prompted it?

  3. What is your OS, RAM, and 32 or 64-bit?

  4. How do you connect to the Internet? Thank you.

What errors are you getting when you can’t update ?

I fixed it never mind it was my firewall

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, the firewall is the most common cause of this update issue.

Как в дальнейшем избежать данной проблемы?

Ваш ответ мне не понятен (вышло двойное повторение и только).
Связывалась с человеком, который немного разбирается в компьютерах, и он сказал, что прокси сервер не пропускает сигнал Avast!!! Как можно обойти прокси и обновить?
