Updated subscription

Again this year I received the usual email stating that my subscription was due in 30 days. Unfortunately I could not update the subscription using the link so I called support.
The email also states that the NEW subscription would use the same date as the original subscription. Every year I have the same problem of updating with in the 30 days period and they use the date of payment. I lost 27 days on this year.
I sent a support ticket to support as I have to do every year but have not gotten a response.
Anyone else continually have this problem and if so what do we need to do to get AVAST to remedy this problem?
It has become a pain in the ass to go through this every year.

What you are doing is considered as getting a new subscription, not extending the current one.
A new subscription starts at the day the payment for it is received.

If you don’t want to “loose” days, click on renewal the last day the current one expires or enable the auto-renewal option.
