im using Avast Home ed “free” on my computer that dont have an internet conection.
what i would like to know if how often are the virus def. upated and the program are updated?
i have dial up internet so i would have to download just the virus Def. and save it and take it to my other computer. i figure just down load it once a week would that be good enough since i have dial up internet? or more often?

They are updated relatively often. There is at least 1 update every 2 days.
