Updating Avast - Administrator/Limited Account Privileges

Hello,

I would like to know if Avast 4.x Pro requires the Administrator account to be logged on in order for the updates to work properly?

I would like to install Avast 4.x Pro on four different computers, where the main user will have Limited privileges.
Is it possible for one computer to pull the updates, and then PUSH these to the others?

During my usage with McAfee VirusScan, I would always need to log in as the Administrator on each computer in order to pull information for the updates.This is a huge issue with McAfee VirusScan Home 9.x and 10.x as the Admnistrator MUST be logged on in order for updates to work. The updates would be downloaded, but VirusScan states that it cannot be installed unless the Administrator account is logged on.

avast! only has to be installed from Administrator account (and the license key should be entered from there).
Then, it should work correctly from an limited account, including updates.
