I recently upgraded my devices from Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 to both as Windows 10 and need to update my devices using the license I purchased so the device page is updated accordingly.

What ‘Avast page’ are you referring to?
If you’re talking about the my.avast.com account,
it’s probably a lost cause since many of the things no longer work.
Your system information is one of those things.
