I could establish AVAST vor Linux earlier, than проинсталлировал the driver to иодему (till now leave in the Internet I can only from under Windows). But anti-virus base in it(him) only as of April, 2006. How to update her(it), not having direct (from under Linux) access in the Internet?

Two variants:

  1. Download archives with anti-virus base and to unpack them in a folder with Avast. If to operate so - that whence to swing?
  2. To establish AVAST! Home edition for Windows to update it(him) from the Internet (I have already made it) then to be reloaded in Linux and to copy files from folder Avast! for Windows in folder Avast! for Linux. In this case me interest also a folder, whence to copy, and the folder where to copy.

My distribution kit Linux - MOPS (one of versions Slackware).
