upgrading to paid avast

i have just upgraded from free avast to paid avast do you get the firewall and antispam with it or do you pay extra for them i paid £24.99 thank you.

Depends what version of Avast you upgraded too.
Avast Pro doesn’t come with a Firewall, it is the pro Anti virus version.
AIS and Premier come with a Firewall and Anti Spam :slight_smile:

You can click on the avast tray icon (opening the avastUI) and it will show what shields/modules are up and running. If there is a shield/module not running avast is likely to indicate that, the tray icon may change and have either an ! exclamation mark in a yellow triangle over the avast icon or a Red circle and X cross over the avast icon.

If the firewall wasn’t running windows should also flag that.
