URGENT – 3 weeks unresolved false positive blocking our business – major losses

Hello,
I am posting again because our situation has become extremely serious.

Our website https://www.multirex.net/

has been incorrectly blocked by Avast for 3 weeks with the detection HTML:Malware-gen.
Incident ID: 008244d24b9f/2025-11-20T09:59:02.406Z.

Multiple independent security scans (Sucuri, Google Safe Browsing, McAfee, ESET, VirusTotal) confirm the site is 100% clean.

We submitted the official false positive report weeks ago and also contacted Avast Premium Support.
We received no resolution and no update, and the detection is still active.

This false positive has now caused tens of thousands of euros in financial losses to our business.
We urgently need this case escalated to Threat Labs / Engineering, as the situation is no longer sustainable.

Please help us escalate this issue internally.
We cannot continue to operate under these conditions.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Well it isn’t detected when I visited it.

Thank you for checking the site — the issue is now resolved on my side as well.

Regarding the “promotion” comment, I want to clarify that this was of course not the intention.
My only goal was to solve a false positive that had been blocking our business for weeks and causing major financial losses. Posting here was simply a last resort to get help.
