I was charged $69.99 back on 11/08/00 at 7:00 am, I do have an Avast account but have no subscriptions, I didn’t receive an email from Avast, and have no idea why the charge from DRi*Avast Software took place. I already sent the request to get a refund to https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact/enter/sales_refund, I could not find the order ID because never received an email, however, I uploaded a screenshot of the transaction in my bank. At this point, I am not sure if I will get my money back.
How can I confirm if the money will be refunded? Do I need to provide more details to get my money back? Please advise what else I can do.
I was trying to contact the customer support department but could find a phone number.
