I have recently jump over to Avast today and bought the product but I did not get the license and I entered a wrong billing email which I do not know if it matters. I have tried opening a ticket for help but I do not have the order number! My bank has the money deducted but I did not receive the product, can someone from Avast help me out please? Thank you.
The response should come in the support ticket system. I presume you would get an email notifying you of a reply to your support ticket (as I haven’t used the system).
