Urgent OEM support issue

Hi, we are and OEM customer. we use the avast libraries in our product, but we have recently found that the windows OEM install dll and distribution that we were supplied with (in 2004) no longer works properly, the installer starts and tries to update to the latest version and fails to download from your site - it seems like the web site it tries to download from just doesn’t respond anymore.

I suspect we need a newer dll and distribution?

Can you please get someone to respond and advise us how to fix this issue ? We have emailed twice to our regular contacts but had no response for several days, sorry to be a pain about this but obviously this is an urgent issue for our many customers who are unable to scan for viruses while this problem persists.
