URL:Blacklist every time I open Chrome

Everytime I launch Chrome I get a similar message to this one in the image.

I ran Malwarebytes and FRST and nothing was detected. The logs are atached.
I also tried to solve it by unregistering all entries in chrome://serviceworker-internals/ and still it shows up every time.

Anyone knows how to solve it?

Every time I open google in Firefox I get the same message. Mine all relate to different sites though. here’s a couple
