url:Mal popup comes up all the time

So I do not get any threat when I go through a full scan, but once or twice everyday I g et a popup with a url:MAL warning that looks like this…

I am not sure if this threat should be taken seriously or not but I would like to get rid of it if possible. I guess it has something to do with an internet cookie???

What is the process it is infecting and what is it trying to do?

Attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM, FRST and aswMBR)

Cant see your screenshot

I g et a popup with a url:MAL
URL:Mal = Blacklisted URL or IP
What is the process it is infecting and what is it trying to do?
The process is what trying to connect to the blacklisted URL

if you rightclick it, it will open the screenshot in imgur

So it is a Mac ? if so then the guide Asyn gave link to is of no use

URL is blacklisted > Dr.Web: known infection source

I know his guide will not work, I am just wondering what is happening that causes the site to have an attempted connection? Is Safari trying to retrieve the favicon.ico in case I looked through my history so it could display the little icon?
