A customer told us we were being flagged as a malware site, we are an amazon hosted amazon webstore and Amazon Website support has been worthless.
The Avast window that appears tries to show me specifically which file is being flagged as malware, it’s a jquery file. The problem is that the url is so long that the listed url stops at /JS/jquer…
There are stacks of jquery files in the Amazon template and I can’t rename them or delete them to see which one it might be. Amazon won’t let me. I tried. Is there any way I can find out what the full url might be so I can find out what the filename is at least?
The complete address should be in one of the avast log files.
If you want to run tests on your website to find out more, I have many links to online tests on my website. http://www.ache.nl
They are under “scans & tests”
This is the problem I’m running in to. AVAST is the only one reporting the site as having malware on it. teststackrx.com is testing clean with every other test I run against it.
Also, I tried to find log files that were in some sort of plain text but haven’t been able to find those.
