I’m getting a consistent URL: Mal warning when I’m on Chrome–I’ve tried using three different anti-viruses to get rid of it, but I can’t seem to. There have been about a dozen other adware programs I’ve managed to get rid of, but I still haven’t stopped the redirects I’m getting.
Attached are the logs requested in the sticky–if you need anything else, just let me know. Thank you very much in advance for taking time to help me out; I sincerely appreciate it! This is an incredibly annoying infection. I think I picked it up when my sister tried to download FaceTime from a disreputable site.

I’m still getting warnings. Things are running a little faster, though.
I’m still only getting warnings on Chrome. Firefox seems to be fine, although it looks like (from my limited knowledge) ComboFix found something on Firefox as well.
My logs are attached. Can you explain a little what’s happening here? Why haven’t we been able to nab this thing?
Nope. Still no change. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and I’m still getting the warnings as soon as I open up Chrome.
Any other suggestions? I greatly appreciate your help on this, by the way. I’ve gotten rid of over a dozen other infected files along the way, so at the very least we’ve accomplished that so far.

It still hasn’t worked. I made a mistake, though–I opened Chrome after running the fixlist and restarting my computer. I didn’t see the rest of your message.
Nevertheless, here are both logs. If you’d like me to redo this step I’m happy to.
This time, it took about ten minutes for the warnings to come back. They resumed as normal after that.
Sorry to trouble you with this for so long. I sincerely hope we can fix this because I’ve been having problems with my credit card being used electronically on the other side of the country–I don’t know if a virus like this can get that sort of information from me, but it’s still troubling to have something you don’t want and can’t get rid of on your machine nonetheless.
