Boa tarde equipe Avast,

quando acesso o domínio “lojasambura.com.br”, está dando a mensagem “URL MALICIOSA BLOQUEADO”, fizemos a verificação se teria algum virus ou script malicioso no site e não há nada, verifiquei isso também com o provedor, peço que verifiquem isso, já utilizei vários softwares para ver isso.

Hello,

it’s false and it will be fixed in next update. But they use to have fake malicious flash player there. → lojasambura.com.br/plugin/flashplayer.exe

Boa Tarde Tech,
agora eu faço a parte de suporte do site, já foi retirado todos os arquivos que estavam infectados, você pode fazer o teste no link que o Flippy mandou que não existe mais esse arquivo em flash, já verifiquei com o provedor tambem se há algum virus em qualquer parte do site.

Eu dou suporte no forum, mas não sou analista de vírus nem especialista em infecções. Espero que eles deem uma olhada.

@Filip: please, check if the site is now clean and correct the false positive then.

@ Filip: I did check with the hosting provider and they confirmed me that there is more virus in the realm of lojasambura.com.br.

Olá turma do Suporte. Bem, esse negócio de URL MALICIOSA BLOQUEADO está aparecendo aqui também.
Eu já escaneei o navegador, desativei e reinstalei meus dois navegadores, já fiz escaneamento completo do sistema. O engraçado é que quando escaneei, o avast não moveu os arquivos pra quarentena, já atualizei a versão do avas… tentei de tudo, mas ainda fica aparecendo esse alerta. Além disso, esse aviso aparece em QUALQUER LINK QUE EU ACESSO! Tô dizendo, é qualquer um. Hotmail, Facebook, Wikipédia, Tumblr, e até o site da avast. Toda vez que abro qualquer link, aparece o alerta.
Meus lindos, vejam o que está acontecendo. Não consigo mais sossegar vendo esse alerta em cada link que eu acesso. Resolvam isso pra mim, por favor. Me ajudem equipe da AVAST!

YukiChan, se puder me seguir em inglês…

  1. Clean your temporary files.
  2. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on. If avast does not detect it, you can try DrWeb CureIT! instead.
  3. Use Comodo Cleaning Essentials (CCE), or MBAM, or SUPERantispyware to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, it is better and safer to send the infected file(s) to quarantine (Chest), rather than simply deleting them.
  4. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest avast! antirootkit or Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
  5. Read these instructions and provide more info with the logs generated. But, please, do NOT post there, open a NEW thread for your specific problem and help us to help you.
  6. Clean your Hosts file (replacing it) with HostsMan tool.
  7. Disable System Restore and then reenable it again.
  8. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster.
  9. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

Bem, eu acho que o problema é com o facebook. Eu navego em todas as redes sociais com o link em https, no facebook, o chrome me manda um aviso “Este link possui conteúdo suspeito”. Quando eu clico em “carregar mesmo assim”, aparece umas propagandas, que não são do facebook. Irei contatar o suporte do facebook pra ver se o erro é com eles mesmo. Estou fazendo limpa no PC todos os dias.
