USB Avast rescue disc [solved]

Hello!

I am trying to create a avast rescue disk in USB, but it returns an error all the time in the middle of the process.
I have already did try in 2 avast instalations (with win xp and other with windows 8).

Anyone else having problems to create the disk in USB?

Ps–> For CD it just creates without problem. But I really need USB, because of the target computer doesnt have cd.

Thanks for the reply.

When I try to create to usb:

It passes from the update virus definition ok, then it starts to generate the image of the rescue disk.
It takes 1 or 2 minutes on it. Then a message box appears telling that the creation of the rescue disk has failed.

I found out the problem.

The pendrive that I was using were being detected as local disk in windows.

I got another pendrive, witch was detected as removable device and everything worked fine! The rescue disc was created successfully and worked very well.
