used free space cleanup of deleted files etc. now freespace is loaded with data

I have a ticket but haven’t heard from avast for 2 days, limited use of computer since I only have 38MB of space left on the hard drive. The freespace was 399.4GB before I did the scan. Avast isn’t working now or I would rescan and see if it will cleanout all the data it put on my hard drive. AND I don’t have security online or checking mail. I use Avast premium. Any advice to fix would be very welcome My computer is virtually useless since the cleanup scan

avast is normally handling tickets within 1-5 business days.
Currently the support department is really busy, so it can take a bit longer.
Just have patience.
